Market Enforcement investigates suspected misconduct within Australia's licensed markets. Market Enforcement takes formal enforcement action in response to insider trading, market manipulation, false or misleading statements to the market and continuous disclosure.
You will be contributing to work of the Market Enforcement team:
- On high profile and nationally significant litigation
- In leading and project managing aspects of particular litigation
- Through working closely with a large and diverse team of experienced lawyers and investigators dedicated to ensure a timely and effective outcome
To succeed, you will have extensive civil commercial litigation experience gained in a robust, fast paced and demanding environment. The opportunity is also likely to appeal to practitioners who are looking to practise at the Bar, returning from overseas or seeking to build upon their high level commercial litigation experience.
Employment will be on a contract basis to December 2017.
Salary will depend on your experience plus up to 15.4% superannuation.
