Customer Service Officer – Registry Services
- Opportunity to provide excellent customer service to Australian public and business community
- Located in Traralgon
- Part-time (25 hours per week), ongoing role
- Salary from $44,122 + up to 15.4% superannuation

This team provides efficient and accessible registry services, making it easier to do business in Australia. We also make available a wealth of public information about companies, businesses and professionals.
You may be providing front line customer services relating to registration, lodgements, or searching. Or you might be working behind the scenes to keep our high volume business running by engaging with stakeholders, working on registry policy or compliance, or improving and changing our services and technology through projects.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will process incoming and outgoing documents in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the public register is updated and maintained appropriately for public searching and for ASIC internal customers.
You will be:
- processing an allocated number of documents / transactions using current policies, procedures and guidelines
- calling customers to obtain relevant information in order to complete tasks and educate customers
- providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in customer service, efficient data entry and working in a team environment.
