- $118,513 to $130,045 base plus 15.4% superannuation and a performance bonus

People & Development are responsible for delivering people initiatives that are aligned with business strategy. The team delivers initiatives, advice and services that support Senior Executives, Managers and employees during their careers with ASIC.
As Manager Diversity and Performance, you will be required to:
lead the development, measurement and review ASIC's Inclusion and Diversity Strategy
manage, prepare and co-ordinate all Diversity Council governance activities, consolidated reporting and communication
manage Procurement related activities associated with ASIC's diversity initiatives
ensure a co-ordinated approach to the delivery of the Diversity Council's strategic priorities as described in the ASIC Inclusion and Diversity Strategy
participate as a member of each of the ASIC's diversity committees and provide Diversity Council updates
drive awareness and education in relation to diversity through the delivery of a Diversity Council communications plan
keep up to date with research and best practice around inclusion and diversity to inform strategy, priorities and initiatives
in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Organisational Development review current Performance Management framework and develop and implement best-practice solutions across our Performance Management process
work with the Business Partnering and Organisational Development team to implement the Performance Management Framework, and
evaluate Diversity and Performance frameworks and deliverables in a dynamic way to ensure return on investment.
Do you have deep experience in designing and implementing diversity, inclusion and performance initiatives with a view to seeing organisations achieve their diversity goals? Then this role is for you. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in human resources or social sciences and project management experience to be able to drive change. Bring your excellent communication skills to present complex information to various stakeholders based on your analysis and research of best practice initiatives.
