Position Description

  • Can be based in Melbourne or Sydney. 
  • From $147,074 - $158,578 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation

The team

The Digital team enhances regulatory operations through business systems and user-centred design, managing core platforms like ASIC CRM, Regulatory Portal, Search, data repositories, and key digital channels, including the corporate website.

 

The role

As a Business and Change Lead, your role will encompass the following:

  • Lead and mentor a team of up to four change practitioners, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. 
  • Develop and implement change strategies.
  • Hands on delivery of change activities, including communications, engagement, and learning resources. 
  • Oversee a program view of change, addressing impacts, benefits, risks, and issues at the strategic level. 
  • Integrate change efforts with portfolio, program, and project leads across ASIC. 
  • Coach business leaders, build strong stakeholder coalitions, and drive strategic change. 
  • Manage change resource allocation to support initiatives and ongoing activities efficiently. 
  • Define initiative vision and benefits, guiding business areas in achieving intended outcomes. 
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance change and business readiness outcomes. 
  • Provide reports, presentations, and committee updates on change progress at project and program levels.

 

About you

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management/Communications/Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
  • Extensive background in organisational change within complex business and project environments.
  • Change management certification such as Prosci highly regarded.
  • Experience coaching people on standards and change practices.
  • Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels. 
  • Experience in project management highly regarded.
  • Experience working in fast paced project and agile environments.
