Senior Complaints Analyst - SCT
- Resolve a broad range of complaints to maintain consumer confidence in the superannuation system
- Non-ongoing role for 12 months in prominent Melbourne CBD location
- Salary from $76,730 + up to 15.4% superannuation
The Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT) is an independent dispute resolution body which deals with a diverse range of superannuation-related complaints and offers a free, user-friendly alternative to the court system. Its objectives are to resolve complaints fairly, economically, informally and quickly.
SCT team members are employees of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). ASIC is Australia's corporate, markets and financial services regulator. In this role you will apply your skills and experience to:
- Analyse, assess and resolve a broad range of superannuation complaints
- Prepare detailed written reports recommending appropriate course of action and ensuring quality of recommendations
- Prepare files of complaints not resolved at conciliation, for formal review meetings.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong analytical mind with experience in resolving superannuation customer complaints. This position requires you to have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Law, Economics, Business or Financial Planning.
