The team
The Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) group is responsible for delivering transformational change and key technology related operational services across ASIC. The DD&T group includes: Data, Digital, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Portfolio Office, Registry Connect (modernising ASIC's Business Registers) and the Business Management Unit (BMU).
The DD&T BMU is the team responsible for directing and supporting business management and support services for the Group. This team works closely with DD&T Group Senior Executives and management team to deliver integrated and timely central management services and to ensure these services are delivered in line with ASIC wide priorities.
The role
The Executive Assistant provides front line representation and support to Senior Executive Leaders in the Group. Through the efficient and proactive management of the Senior Executive Leaders' daily schedule, appointments, and coordination of stakeholder contact, the EA ensures the Group is provided with integrated and effective support services.
About you
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a senior administrative role, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The successful candidate will have experience managing the diary and administrative requirements of senior executives, with well-developed organisational, coordination and time management skills.
Your proven ability to think critically and anticipate needs, and high-level judgement and decision-making ability will ensure your success in this role.
You will be highly organised with the ability to take the initiative.
Previous experience working in a fast paced environment (within technology an advantage).
You will also need an ability to work autonomously and with little direction, showing a high level of discretion and professionalism.
