The RegistryConnect program is focused on the stabilization and targeted uplift of Business Registers, including designing connections to the ABN and Director ID registers held by the ATO, and the more than 30 registers held by ASIC.

 

Your Role:

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Leading development and maintenance of the RegistryConnect program schedule, including representation of key milestones and the critical path.
  • Driving and maintaining a framework that reflects best practice in planning, scheduling, and tracking practices across the program, ensuring adherence to the framework.
  • Working with project managers to develop individual project schedules, ensuring alignment with the program schedule, and recommending improvements or remediation plans where there are deviations.
  • Contributing to RegistryConnect program planning activities, including definition and maintenance of the work breakdown structure.
  • Providing regular analysis and reporting to communicate progress against the critical path and milestones.

 

About You:

 To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in using project and/or program management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, MSP) is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in scheduling practices, preferably within a large programme
  • Strong experience using project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile). Relevant certifications would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills for investigating and resolving stakeholder or systems problems, and for improving work practices and processes.
