The team 

 

Digital – Business Engagement & Enquiries delivers and supports regulatory business systems and processes that build excellence in regulatory operations.

The team manages the ongoing development of the key platform underpinning the regulatory workflows across ASIC – the ASIC CRM, Regulatory Portal, ASIC Search and related data and document repositories.

 

The role 

 

As an Operations Analyst, you will be required to:

  • Develop and maintain learning resources for both internal and external users of Regulatory Systems
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to document and maintain Regulatory Systems policies and procedures
  • Contribute to business engagement & readiness plans identifying impacted stakeholders, training, communication and engagement needs
  • Support business readiness activities for process and system enhancements, including hands-on delivery of training, communications and updates to learning resources
  • Identify, plan and implement process improvement and innovation opportunities
  • Support projects and other initiatives as required – working closely with Subject Matter Experts to gather and specify Regulatory Systems business requirements
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews covering Regulatory Systems policies, procedures, and best practices. Prepare findings and recommendations to Regulatory Systems team and stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic Regulatory Systems audits e.g. monthly and annual user access revalidation audits
  • Prepare ongoing and ad-hoc Regulatory Systems operational reports as required
  • Support Regulatory Systems workload and resource management processes including maintaining workforce plan
  • Undertake user acceptance and product verification testing as required, for system enhancements and new products
  • Contribute to written reports, presentations and papers to committees as required

 

About you

 

Qualifications and experience:

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with subject matter experts to understand requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Experience engaging stakeholders across all levels and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Knowledge of or the demonstrated ability to quickly acquire knowledge of ASIC's systems and underlying technologies, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, SharePoint RCR, ASIC Search and RDR
  • Ability to analyse and understand business requirements and solve complex issues
  • Experience developing policy and procedural documents including learning material
  • Experience delivering operational reports and conducting quality assurance reviews
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently, meet timelines and produce quality results
  • Experience using Articulate 360 would be beneficial
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Query would be beneficial
  • Previous experience developing and/or maintaining learning resources would be beneficial
  • Previous experience as an Operations, Business, Business Readiness, Change or Process Analyst would be beneficial
