The TRaD program targets people with a specific aptitude that is conducive to training and development, resulting in the acquisition of new knowledge and skills. Such a program does not seek to hire the skills, but the capability to develop the skills.

It does not limit itself to graduates or to people with IT training but focuses on a willingness to learn and ability to acquire skills quickly.

We accept applicants who have been in the workforce for a few years but have not yet found their chosen career, rendering the cost of a crucial career change a lot cheaper.
